As a first time home buyer in Castro Valley, Jenny guided me through the process. She was on top of the bank loan brokers when there were delays. Purchasing a home is a stressful process, she made it less so. She also has a peaceful, calm demeanor. She plans things well, is prepared for tours by reading disclosure packets beforehand- it's oftentimes difficult for buyers to sort through multiple disclosures in prospective houses. She will bring to your attention things that are important and you may have missed. I'm very glad Jenny was my real estate agent. I was looking to buy a house in the East Bay in 2017. We spent months looking for the right property. Jenny was very patient, courteous and professional.
